Dear Valued R.P.M. Customer,

When our father, Raymond P. Mank, founded R.P.M. Heating & A/C in 1966, he built it on a simple idea: answer the phone yourself, treat every customer like family, and do the job right.

R.P.M. has been acquired by Wolfschmidt Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, which now owns and operates the business. It was important to us that R.P.M. customers would be in good hands, with a company that shares the same commitment to honest work and caring service that our father believed in. We’re confident Wolfschmidt is that company. Our family is no longer involved, and we want to take this opportunity to say goodbye.

Thank you for your loyalty and the trust you placed in us for over 60 years. Many of you welcomed us into your homes for decades, and some of you knew our father personally. It has been an honor to serve you.
